These classes are booked through McHenry County College and hosted at the Clayworkers' Guild in The Annex.

In this class, you'll be guided through the process of making both functional and sculptural pieces - all without the use of a pottery wheel. Projects may include magnets, cups, bowls, plates, and more. You'll learn essential construction techniques such as pinching, coiling, and slab building, along with basic surface design methods to personalize your work. This class is ideal for both beginners and those with previous hand-building experience. All materials are included.
